關(guān)于入境來(lái)唐疫情防控溫馨提示

近期，新冠肺炎疫情在海外呈現(xiàn)擴(kuò)散態(tài)勢(shì)，部分國(guó)家疫情發(fā)展很快，為全力做好我市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作，嚴(yán)防境外疫情輸入，確保我市中外人員身體健康和生命安全，現(xiàn)溫馨提示如下：
　　一、目前仍在境外的我國(guó)公民及擬來(lái)唐學(xué)習(xí)、工作的外籍人士，為了您的身體健康和生命安全，請(qǐng)減少移動(dòng)，盡可能留在當(dāng)?shù)亍Ｈ缬腥刖硜?lái)唐意向，請(qǐng)?zhí)崆芭c所在社區(qū)、農(nóng)村或工作學(xué)習(xí)單位聯(lián)系報(bào)告，并全程采取個(gè)人防護(hù)措施。
　　二、在境外的我市人員請(qǐng)持續(xù)關(guān)注所在國(guó)家和地區(qū)的疫情變化，按照當(dāng)?shù)胤揽貍魅静〉姆�律法�?guī)，積極配合所在國(guó)當(dāng)?shù)氐囊咔榉揽卮胧�，盡量避免前往人員密集的場(chǎng)所或參加集體活動(dòng)，做好自身防護(hù)，確保安全。如遇到緊急情況，及時(shí)向當(dāng)?shù)卣�府有關(guān)部門(mén)求助，并與我國(guó)駐當(dāng)?shù)厥诡I(lǐng)館取得聯(lián)系。
　　三、各級(jí)地方政府履行屬地管理主體責(zé)任，充分發(fā)揮聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制作用，優(yōu)化防控手段，采取有效措施，全面掌握境外入唐人員信息，確保各項(xiàng)防控措施落到實(shí)處。
　　四、所有入境來(lái)唐人員，不論是中國(guó)人還是外國(guó)人，都需要接受居家或集中醫(yī)學(xué)觀察14天以及核酸檢測(cè)。在唐有固定居所的，納入社區(qū)防控體系，居家隔離觀察；無(wú)固定居所的，安排在指定賓館集中醫(yī)學(xué)觀察。
　　五、本著“一視同仁、中外一致”的原則，無(wú)差別地執(zhí)行疫情防控措施，要充分尊重外籍人士的合法權(quán)益及文化、宗教等習(xí)慣，充分照顧其合理要求和關(guān)切，盡可能為其提供必要的保障和協(xié)助。

A Kindly Reminder for International Travelers by Tangshan, China

Considering the continuous spread of the COVID-19 overseas, in particular the recent jump of confirmed cases in some countries, we would like to kindly advise international travelers of the following, Chinese and foreigners alike, to help us fight the epidemic, stem the import of the disease and protect Chinese and foreign residents in our city.
Ⅰ. For overseas Chinese citizens and foreigners who intend to come to Tangshan for education or work purposes, we advise you to stay put if possible and reduce unnecessary travel for your own health and safety. If you do need to come to Tangshan, please contact your neighborhood, village, employer or school in advance and protect yourself from infection during the whole trip.
Ⅱ. For Tangshan residents who are overseas, please follow the latest development of the epidemic in the host country/region, abide by local laws and regulations on infectious disease prevention and control, cooperate with local prevention and control policies, avoid densely-populated places or public gatherings as much as possible, and protect yourself from the virus. In case of emergency, immediately turn to local governments for help and contact local Chinese embassy/consulate.
Ⅲ. Local governments at all levels should work together via the joint prevention and control mechanism, improve and dutifully implement prevention and control measures, and gather personal information of international travelers arriving in Tangshan.
Ⅳ. International Travelers arriving in Tangshan, Chinese and foreigners alike, must observe a medical observation period of 14 days and take the nucleic acid test. For those with a fixed residence in Tangshan, you can do so by self-isolating at home under the community watch; otherwise, you need to go to the designated hotel for medical observation.
Ⅴ. The prevention and control measures will apply to Chinese and foreigners indiscriminately. We shall fully respect the legitimate rights, culture, religion, reasonable demands and concerns of foreigners, and offer necessary support and assistance as much as we can.
